Company wants to set up a new department. The additional short term workload can’t be covered by the internal HR department. However, they want to show a strong employer brand and enhance the overall candidate experience.
We take over the assembly of a new department.
In an initial project scope discussion a clear goal is set in terms of purpose and size of the department as well as the individual positions.
We take over the posting of Job Ads, the Active Search, the Applicant Screening and coordinate Job interview in cooperation with the hiring manager. We also participate in the Interview process and give advice on the actual fit of the candidate.
