For our customer, Europe´s leading provider for renewable energy, we are looking for a Stakeholder Manager Offshore (f/m/d).

Your role:

  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Project Communications & Engagement Strategy
  • Development and maintenance of a stakeholders register including identification of key influencers
  • Working with the engagement team to establish the most effective means of communicating with stakeholder groups
  • Responsibility for inputting into and overseeing the project communications and engagement strategy
  • Identify opportunities for positive engagement initiatives with local communities and stakeholders
  • To identify the potential for, and coordinate the execution and presentation of, stakeholder engagement initiatives and public consultation events
  • Work with the communications team and project development team on the drafting of leaflets, booklets, websites, social media etc. including communications updates a projects progress.
  • To coordinate the development of virtual consultation rooms and other forms of media for delivery within agreed timelines
  • Coordinating website updates as required
  • Work closely with the project CLO and FLOs
  • Attending stakeholder meetings and presenting project information as required
  • Building strong positive relations with various stakeholder groups

Your profile:

  • An excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to engage with individuals on a one to one or group basis
  • Experience in liaising with the Irish Fisheries groups
  • Relevant work experience in a similar field of working with local communities with an excellent application of Share-point, MS Applications and general IT systems
  • An understanding of community dynamics and the ability to work with community groups effectively
  • Keen interest and affinity in working with renewables and the wider area of decarbonisation; including a passion for developing and building the social acceptance of renewable energy infrastructure projects in Ireland and its communities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented– a practical doer who delivers quality results on time
  • A team player with strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
  • Strong organisation skills and time management skills, with an energetic approach and a proven ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience in working with websites and updating them would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
