For our customer, Europe´s leading provider for renewable energy, we are looking for a Business Partner Digitalisation/Business analyst, Trading, Finance & Risk (f/m/d).

In this role, you’re accountable for driving a partnership with Trading & Origination and Finance & Risk functions in a quest to grasp benefits from digitalisation, and to strengthen key business enabling capabilities required to realise our customer´s ambition.

Your role: 

Our customer is looking to fill two positions either located at the Head Office in Lilleaker, Oslo, Norway or in Düsseldorf, Germany. One role will focus on the digitalisation activities for the Trading & Origination function (Front office), the other role will focus on Finance & Risk (Middle and Back office).

  • You will be responsible for activities in the interface between the business and IT and have a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience by translating business needs to concrete IT solutions
  • You will work closely with the business areas, understanding their core business and processes, and bringing the resources of Statkraft IT to deliver the best possible solutions for business challenges and opportunities
  • You will create awareness to and introduce digitalisation opportunities from new technologies
  • You will develop and coordinate concrete initiatives from idea to execution
  • You will be a team player collaborating closely with both the technology teams and business teams
  • You will support in continuously strengthening our way of working and optimizing our processes

Your profile:

  • Higher relevant education at university level and minimum 5 years’ work experience
  • Work experience from consulting companies or similar roles in global industrial or energy companies is highly relevant as is experience from digitalisation work within banking/insurance from the trading, risk and finance area
  • Strong communication skills and talent for building network and trusted relationships is a necessity
  • Fluent in English – verbal and written communication
  • Ability to connect the dots between business needs and IT solutions, and communicate with both end users on the business side and technology specialists in IT
  • Skilled process driver with mindset to plan and structure work to ensure high quality solutions with deliveries from many involved parties across different teams
  • Interest and understanding for the opportunities enabled by digitalisation trends and technologies, e.g. cloud, data platforms, process automation, and user experiences.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and experience from optimizing deliveries related to a product. Knowhow of agile and innovative techniques is appreciated
  • Great at making things happen, starting and moving cases with passion and drive, as well as corporate navigation skills
  • English language fluency is mandatory
