For our customer, Europe´s leading provider for renewable energy, we are looking for an Offshore O&M Lead (f/m/d).

Your role:

  • Be a key member of a rapidly growing offshore development team, championing O&M during the design and consenting phases
  • Develop and refine OPEX cost models for pre-FEED. FEED and FID
  • Identify maintenance requirements for the planned plant and apparatus whilst considering LCOE optimisation
  • Review and input to design decisions considering their impact on the O&M strategy
  • Be at the forefront of O&M technological and process innovation to identify potential savings, using industry lessons learnt to limit risk
  • Produce tender documents and specifications for the O&M package, also review and evaluate bids including contract negotiations and contract execution

Your profile:

  • University degree within relevant field
  • Experience in Operation & Maintenance, preferably in Offshore Wind but other O&M experience can be considered
  • Strong project management experience on large scale high value projects
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to workflows
  • Ability to lead when needed but also integrate with a multidiscipline project team
  • Driven by innovation and an ability to objectively evaluate new O&M technologies
  • Willingness to travel to development sites and to meet with suppliers
  • Independent self-starter. Ability to manage a large workload, often providing support to processes managed by colleagues, while prioritising tasks and effectively juggling competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English
